Advanced LifeCare Coach Training (ALCT) is for individuals who wish to bring their coaching skills to the next level and serve in a professional capacity. ALCT consists of approximately 60 hours of class-based training hours, 40 self-study hours, and 20 hours of coaching practice. ALCT involves expanded study content from cognitive behavioural coaching, motivational interviewing for coaches, person-centred coaching and more, all within a biblical framework. Participants will be equipped with a broad range of methods and tools to use with clients, and includes reflective practice based on observation, feedback and in-class supervision.
“LifeCare helped me reflect on my motivation for life and ministry and assess the extent to which I operate out of God’s unchanging truth rather than my changing circumstances.”
-LifeCare Training Participant | Manchester, England
ALCT is in the application process to become accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC), an organization with members from over 70 countries, made up of professional coaches, training and coaching service providers, internal coaches, and organizations building coaching cultures.
